Globalization is known as the phenomenon that occurs through the increase in interconnection between the different countries of the world in terms of economy, politics, society and technology.
Among the main influences it generates are the diffusion of knowledge and technology, as well as changes in people's behavior. Technological progress has generated an endless number of new tools that are beneficial to world society in all its spheres, fostering, in turn, new requirements. It has managed to increase efficiency and productivity, promoting greater innovation and competitiveness, modifying the way of communication, work, entertainment, access to information and services.
In that sense, the way lead it has had to become a global element, in order to respond to new needs, taking into account the diversity, experiences, different practices and behavioral norms of different cultures.
The leader has the function of managing a team or group of people, influencing them and motivating them to carry out joint and effective work towards the realization of common achievements, goals and objectives. Currently, they must do so from a global perspective and in accordance with the new methodologies adopted in the business, social, labor, health or study fields.
All the areas in which we habitually operate have evolved and are being perfected, presenting new scenarios to which we are adapting and developing new behaviors.
Globalization is advancing and in turn technology is advancing, considered one of the main factors in the increase in income and living standards, as it spreads from one country to another, it promotes growth and development, especially in the least developed countries.
