BACHELOR IN INTERIOR DESIGN

PROGRAM OBJECTIVES

This Bachelor's Degree provides its students with the tools and in-depth knowledge about the field of Interior Design. The academic content is designed to prepare young professionals to be able to identify and respond with relevant and sustainable designs to the contemporary needs demanded by the market of the interior design industry.

Students in this program will apply their analytical and critical thinking skills to execute diagnoses, plan, and manage interior design projects, from a theoretical approach. Graduates of the Bachelor of Interior Design will have acquired the skills, tools, and knowledge to develop professional careers in the Interior Design industry.

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

In the Interior Design program, specific skills and competencies are developed in planning, design, and technology behind industrial design structures; thus, offering practical, artistic and sustainable designs for commercial, industrial, residential use and distribution and any living space. Additionally, students will gain knowledge of tools applicable to the implementation of scenography for theater, television, and film.

This title imparts theoretical and practical knowledge so that future interior design professionals can propose and solve interior space situations for a wide spectrum of human needs, being able to design and produce these spaces. The academic program also provides its students with creative techniques to create comfortable, aesthetic and functional spaces that interact harmoniously with the cultural, artistic, productive, technological and economic environment that surrounds them. All courses are taught 100% in Spanish.
