This type of management aims at the creation of strategies that allow the development, growth and positioning of the company. Among its objectives are to achieve coordinated work in order to obtain the highest possible performance.
Its importance lies in the fact that the success of a business, company or organization depends largely on it. It must be governed by four fundamental aspects:
Planning: It is essential to keep an order of the activities that must be carried out, the amount of resources that are required, identify the goals that are to be achieved, whether in the short, medium or long term.
Organization: Coordinating and delegating tasks will be essential to achieve proper management. This is a fundamental aspect to achieve business objectives.
Communication: It plays an essential role in business management and in any environment or activity. Allows the fluid transmission of information internally or externally.
Control: It helps to visualize the achievements achieved and the weaknesses to be strengthened. It requires close monitoring and involvement of the person in charge of carrying out the business management together with the other collaborators.

In this sense, Miami Technology & Arts University proposes the Master of Business Administration, whose program explores business management as a systemic whole, emphasizing managerial and strategic aspects present in today's companies.
