Learn, unlearn and relearn, what does it consist of?

The passage of time influences human actions, it necessarily requires the action of learning new forms, unlearning those that we no longer need and relearning the previous ones from new perspectives, according to the needs that are born.

It is categorical that people during their growth, both personally and professionally, are constantly learning. The acquisition of new knowledge is present in all stages of life, however, on many occasions it is necessary to adapt to the circumstances, find the point between what is still useful and what is already out of date, as well as the incorporation of tools that strengthen what has already been learned, in order to face new challenges.

Learn It implies being willing to constantly update knowledge, and the acquisition of tools that can be implemented in the different areas in which a person works.

While, unlearn It supposes an effort to put aside concepts, ideas or methodologies that are no longer useful or have become outdated, it is about leaving a comfort zone to venture into another more in line with the present, it encourages the collection of new and updated information, as well as the implementation of renewed methodologies, for which it entails significant changes in individuals.

The action of relearn It encourages a person to innovate and even responsibly eradicate outdated knowledge and learn it in a different way, according to the current conditions and requirements present in society.

All these actions are essential to respond and remain at the forefront of current demands in an increasingly globalized society. They promote in the individual the development of useful skills for comprehensive training and personal and professional growth.
