• Promote active participation: currently students are required to develop skills that help them communicate their ideas, concerns and propose appropriate activities that favor their training. 
• Achieve job permanence over time: teachers committed to their job growth and vocation achieve greater prominence and, therefore, permanence over time. 

The educational field and consequently the teaching role has been influenced by the transformations that are taking place over time, so lifelong learning is constantly on the rise, with greater offers and easier access.
